Our history
Roman roots, international horizon.
The Group's story begins with a family that turned real estate into a profession and a responsibility. Over more than fifty years, the Armellini family has built and managed a portfolio of office, residential and mixed-use properties, becoming one of Italy's leading landlords.
Gruppo Alessandra Armellini is the heart of this story today. Valle Giulia Srl is the management company coordinating the portfolio and its services; the other Group companies add specialist expertise in development, construction, leasing and hospitality.
An integrated model in which every property is followed throughout its life cycle: from acquisition to design, from construction to day-to-day management, through to long-term value creation.

Ventagli Esso
Julio La Fuente designs one of Rome's most recognisable modernist complexes, today part of the Group's portfolio.
1990s
Growth
The Group consolidates its office portfolio and develops an integrated management model combining ownership, services and redevelopment.
2000s
Valle Giulia
Valle Giulia Srl becomes the Group's management company: facility, property and asset management with a single point of contact.
2014
Veneziani 58
The restyling of shared spaces begins in the Parco de' Medici consortium, with a new cafeteria and dining area overlooking the garden.
2017
Laurentina
Complete redevelopment of the business centre: building automation, open spaces, energy efficiency and two panoramic terraces over the Eur district.
2019
Viola 43
Full renovation with a new low-emission glass façade, green areas and underground parking in Parco de' Medici.
2021
NEXUM
Alvisi Kirimoto wins the competition for the new business park at Via Laurentina 865: a vertical hub, three courtyard buildings and six gardens.
2022
Argonauta
CBRE supports the commercialisation of the business centre. The lease of 6,000 sqm to an e-mobility operator completes the letting of the entire property.
2023–2025
New horizons
NEXUM construction: 19,000 sqm of buildings, 8,000 sqm of underground parking and 7,800 sqm of outdoor areas for the new business hub in south Rome.
